RETURN POLICY FOR ITEMS BOUGHT ONLINE VIA OUR WEBSITE:

Returns are given in the form of store credit on the website.  We will happily accept any/all returns within 15 days of your shipping date if they meet our return criteria. After this time, your items will be ineligible for return.

All items MUST have original tags attached to merchandise.  Worn, washed, altered, and/or damaged merchandise cannot be returned. 

All sale items are final sale and therefore cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Sale Items
  • Personalized Items (monograms, etc.)
  • Swimwear
  • Socks, Tights, Hair bows, Hats
  • Teethers, Books, Toys
  • Jewelry

Please note that any merchandise purchased through the website in need of a return must be processed through the website and not our store system.  We appreciate your understanding.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS:

The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.  Please use USPS, UPS, or FEDEx.  We encourage you to keep tracking information.

Please email us at giggleshattiesburg@gmail.com to have your return approved. Once approved, please ship back to:

Please include your packing slip with your return.  If no packing slip, include your first & last name and order number with your return.

Please allow 5-10 business days to process your return.  Once your return is processed, a personalized store credit code will be emailed to you to redeem on our website within 3 months.  After 3 months, your store credit will expire.

EXCHANGE INSTURCTIONS:

We are happy to assist with exchanges.  Please contact us at giggleshattiesburg@gmail.com to confirm we have size availability to process the exchange; otherwise, we will gladly issue a store credit.
